Thirst No More LLC is a construction and property investment limited liability company
that is committed to addressing poverty in rural and village communities globally through property investment opportunities related to affordable housing initiatives, which support communities in need of improved infrastructures. Thirst No More LLC aims to create sustainable platforms to support communities for multiple generations and quench the thirst of generational poverty and economic instability through affordable housing and investment initiatives.
Thirst No More LLC’s focus is on creating sustainability projects that allow communities to thrive economically and financially. The company plans to address the educational needs of approximately 3,000 street children/orphans in Naivasha, Kenya, by creating a campus that will allow them to receive an education from kindergarten through university/vocational training. This will be achieved through revenue generated from affordable housing of a planned 1,000 units, a micro grid solar farm on a planned 10 acres of land, and miscellaneous revenue that can be generated from the planned commercial sector.
Thirst No More LLC estimates that year one will focus mainly on the acquisition of land (65 acres total), and subsequent masonry fencing/bordering needed to secure the properties. The company estimates that year two will focus on the construction that addresses the return on investment and sustainability process. This would include a focus on the affordable housing program, probably using pre-fabricated housing solutions for a more expedient build, and with micro grid solar farming. The company estimates that year three will focus on the completion of its educational facility/campus. The total amount requested for this project is $60,000,000.
Short-term Objectives:
- Complete the acquisition of land in Naivasha, Kenya, and secure the property borders through masonry fencing and bordering.
- Initiate the construction of pre-fabricated affordable housing units in the Naivasha property.
- Establish a micro grid solar farm on a planned 10 acres of land in the Naivasha property.
- Launch a revenue-generating commercial sector in the Naivasha property.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to support the Naivasha project.
- Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities in the affordable housing and sustainable infrastructure sectors.
- Expand the Thirst No More LLC team to include additional professionals with expertise in construction, property management, and investment.
