Community Transformation
The TCO Project (TCO) is a partnership venture between Trinitas Community Organization in Kigali, Rwanda, and Thirst No More Corporation in Baltimore, MD. TCO aims to be an icon to showcase advancements in the Bugesera District community in Rwanda. The venture’s main attractions include the following:
- Vocational Educational facilities for kindergarten, primary, and secondary education.
- A Training Center for advanced education and collaborative programs.
- A Medical Clinic to address health concerns within the rural region.
- Recreational Facilities and spaces to encourage physical fitness plus social interaction.
- Hostels to provide lodging for visiting diplomats, dignitaries, corporate professionals, and religious leaders.
- Affordable Housing to improve the living conditions of the current residents.
- Access Development through improving the infrastructure within the community through providing paved roadways.
- Solar Farms for Internet and technological advancements within the region.
The main objective of the TCO Project is to demonstrate that rural communities can be innovative in the advancements of vocational training, technology, arts and culture, agriculture, and solar energy.
