IIG ensures TNM LLC uses a return on investment (ROI) strategy to continually self-fund our affordable housing projects in developing nations.

Trinitas Group, LTD advises TNM LLC on aspects concerning construction projects and supports us in the designing of affordable housing initiatives, aimed at creating sustainable economic models for lower income, underdeveloped global communities. Trinitas Group, LTD ensures TNM LLC realizes its goal of creating modern developments that will transform rural regions into thriving and fully economically stable communities for multiple generations.

Bayshore Boulevard Project

Thirst No More LLC is an investor in the Bayshore Boulevard Townhomes (Bayshore) located in Dunedin, FL. Bayshore is a seven-townhome development within the San Ruffino condominium complex located in Downtown Dunedin. Thirst No More LLC started this property investment in 2019, and it acts as the primary activity within the company. The now-completed units are three-story townhomes, and the property has currently sold five out of the seven units. Estimated completion and return on investment of Bayshore is expected by June 2023.

Destiny Housing Project

Thirst No More LLC’s focus is on creating sustainability projects that allow communities to thrive economically and financially. The company plans to address the educational needs of approximately 3,000 street children/orphans in Naivasha, Kenya, by creating a campus that will allow them to receive an education from kindergarten through university/vocational training.
