Thirst No More LLC is a construction and property investment limited liability company incorporated by the Department of the Treasury’s Internal Revenue Service, in the United States of America, in July 2019.

The principal purpose of Thirst No More LLC is to serve as a property management investment entity. Within that purpose, we strive to identify property investment opportunities, along with construction projects, related to affordable housing initiatives, which support communities globally in need of improved infrastructures, and to create sustainable platforms to support communities for multiple generations.

Our Mission

To quench the thirst of generational poverty and economic instability through affordable housing and investment initiatives; assuring both national and global communities the ability to transform from rural villages into viable economically stable communities.

Thirst No More LLC exists to address the property investment and construction needs of our national and global communities through compassion. Simply, we are motivated to uplift the impoverished sectors of society and move to implement physically and economically sustainable models to assure those sectors are addressed humanely plus effectively.

The company also maintains connections to professionals in corporate web design, marketing, copyediting, information technology (IT), construction, affordable housing, and community and property development.

Lewis A. McIlwain III

The owner of Thirst No More LLC is Lewis A. McIlwain III. Mr. McIlwain brings over 30 years of corporate internal accounting and finance experience to the company, and his communication and collaborative abilities are at the core of the company’s vision. Mr. McIlwain is also the co-founder and president of Thirst No More Corporation, a humanitarian nonprofit which addresses fulfilling the basic needs for our global communities. His nonprofit has been in existence since June 2009 and currently serves in various capacities supporting initiatives within the following countries: the United States, Nepal, Guatemala, Rwanda, and Kenya. Initiatives include providing technology to rural areas, fulfilling school uniform requirements, educational facility renovations, food/clothing/toiletry distributions, borehole investing, and other related support.
